THESE RULES ARE THE STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO CONTESTS AND PRIZE DRAWS (EACH A "CONTEST" AND COLLECTIVELY THE "CONTESTS"). CONTESTS ARE INTENDED TO BE HELD IN THE PROVINCE OF QUEBEC AND WILL BE INTERPRETED AND EVALUATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE CANADIAN LAW. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTESTS IMPLIES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE CONTEST RULES (THE "CONTEST RULES").
To be eligible to participate in a Contest, an individual (each a "Contest Period") must be of the age of majority in the Province of Quebec.
The Contest participation period (each a "Contest Period") begins on September 4, 2023 and ends on October 31, 2023, as announced on the https://petinos.ca/fr/infolettre website, after which the Contest will be closed and no further entries will be accepted.
No purchase is necessary to participate in a Contest. To enter before the end of an applicable Contest Period, please fill out and submit the entry form in accordance with the instructions on the Petinos Déjeuner-Dîner restaurant chain's website at https://petinos.ca/fr/infolettre. Entries must be received before the end of the applicable Contest Period to be eligible. Limit of one (1) entry per person per Contest Period, unless otherwise stated. In the case of multiple entries, only the first eligible entry will be considered, and the others will be voided. No communication or correspondence will be exchanged with participants, except with those selected as potential Contest winners. Entries received online will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account. Winners will not be entitled to receive the difference, financial compensation, or any other form of compensation between the actual value of the prize and its approximate value. Winners will be contacted by a representative of the "Petinos Déjeuner-Dîner" restaurant with instructions on how to claim the prize. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, assigned, substituted, or exchanged for cash, except at the sole discretion of the sponsors. Any unused portion of a prize will be forfeited and will have no cash value. "Petinos Déjeuner-Dîner" reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize (or any portion thereof) cannot be awarded for any reason. The winner does not have the right to defer the date of prize receipt, renew it, or transfer it to others.
The Prize (hereinafter referred to as the "Prize") is defined as the receipt of one (1) breakfast for one (1) person once a month during the period from November 1, 2023, to October 31, 2024, for a total duration of one year. To claim their prize, they will receive a gift card valued at $59.00 each month. A breakfast is considered to include one (1) main breakfast dish and one (1) beverage of their choice. The winner can choose from the menu items offered, subject to the availability of all ingredients at the time of ordering. The winner can use their Prize (breakfast) at any of the "Petinos Breakfast-Dinner" restaurant chain branches located at the addresses specified on the website https://petinos.ca/. Each branch reserves the right to modify the composition of dishes and ingredients. All incidental fees and expenses not specifically mentioned in the Prize description here are entirely the responsibility of the Prize winner and/or the guest, if applicable. All elements of the Prize are subject to availability and substitution. The winner shall not seek reimbursement for expenses from "Petinos Breakfast-Dinner."
In this Contest, one (1) winner will be selected by an independent service. The video announcing the winner will be posted on the page https://petinos.ca/fr/infolettre before November 10, 2023. At the end of the applicable Contest Period, Petinos will randomly select one (1) participant from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Each participant is eligible to win only one (1) Prize. The chances of being selected as a potential winner depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Contest. Any remaining entries will not be carried over to the next Contest. If the selected participant does not respond within three (3) business days following the notification, they will be disqualified and will not receive a Prize, and another participant may be selected (as determined by the software at its sole discretion) until a participant meets the conditions outlined here. "Petinos Breakfast-Dinner" is not responsible for the failure, for any reason, of a selected participant to receive a notification or for whether the sponsors receive a response from a selected participant or not.

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by any social media platform on which this on which the Contest may have been promoted and/or advertised, including, but not limited to, Facebook and/or Instagram. Any personal information provided in connection with the Contest is provided to the "Petinos Lunch & Dinner" and not to Facebook and/or Instagram.
